Jane Team Leader (Visual Inspection)
Previously working as a Production Operator, Jane quickly stood out for her ability to train new employees. She possesses deep knowledge of all production processes and best practices, and is always willing to share her expertise and coach teammates – her guidance helps new starters thrive.
In her new role as Team Leader, Jane will oversee production workflows and personnel. We know her mentoring approach will empower employees, and her promotion recognises her talents and her embodiment of our values. We’re excited to see the production team thrive under her thoughtful leadership!
Jon Team Leader (Stripping)
Jon has quickly become indispensable in our stripping department, stepping up whenever needed to cover for Danny when he is on annual leave. He is meticulous and diligent in every stripping task, while his commitment to quality matches his eagerness to learn.
With his solid process knowledge and reliable leadership, Jon is ready to advance, and we are fully confident in his readiness to oversee stripping operations. Jon will ensure workflows run smoothly, while being able to share his expertise and develop the team. We can’t wait to see all Jon accomplishes as the stripping team’s leader.
Danny SUPERVISOR
In his 14 years service with us, Danny has become our resident expert in stripping and finishing techniques. Danny has mastered every detail of chemical compositions, processes, and quality control, and his vast expertise makes him the go-to resource for troubleshooting and training.
Danny has eagerly taken on coaching roles; he loves sharing his knowledge and seeing teammates succeed. His hunger to continuously improve makes Danny the perfect fit for his role as Supervisor, where he will oversee stripping and finishing while developing staff skills. Danny was chosen over many external candidates because of his proven talents, and we’re proud to promote from within and give him this well-deserved opportunity.
